arrived folded up in a bag , it was very wrinkled. the jacket was thin and flimsy and did not fit comfortably.when i went to return it i had to pay $28.85 and fill out papers for international mail, as it was going to china...then, the company only gave me a three cent refund, what an insult...Amazon customer service made it all right, and i am very grateful to them...And then I noticed that the dress was flawed. In the front of the dress it had 3 different pleats each of a different size. When I turned the dress around it was the same on the back. It was a very pretty dress but due to the flaws I must return.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!!!! I received the item and it had the pen marks on it from the outline of the beading.. very poor quality and when you put in for a refund they charge you $165 to send back to China!!! The dress didn't even cost that much!! Worst mistake!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!
